Opera "Acis and Galatea" at Teatro Malibran,
presented by Teatro La Fenice, Italy.
Saburo Teshigawara directed and created the Opera "Acis and Galatea" for the Festival Aix en Provence this July. It was premiered in the open-air beautiful landscape of Grand Saint-Jean. This time in Venice, it will be re-created as an indoor theatre version.

Direction of Opera "Acis and Galatea"
Saburo Teshigawara will direct the Opera "Acis and Galatea" by Handel for the Festival d'Aix en Provence. He is teaching his body method to the young singers in order to create a new vocabulary with music and the singer's bodies.
